“In all seriousness the 4Farmers director Wendy Patterson and I always believed 4Farmers needed to look at small pack sizes. As a horse girl, I always wished I could get my hands on the stuff that farmers used. Now I can and so can you!”

Hayley grew up on 10 acres down in Albany. She says “Growing up around primary producers, broadacre farmers and general agriculture inspired me to pursue career in this industry.”

In her spare time Hayley likes to help out at pony club where she has been for the past 12years. “As I love to help around my community, I feel like pony club allows me to do that. Now I find that it has helped me have a better understanding of how important the small pack size line is not only to 4Farmers but to my community. I feel so grateful to have the opportunity to give back to the people who have helped me to get here.”

Not only that, Hayley’s favorite part of the job is being able to meet new people. “Being able to talk and connect to people whether they own a small business or a small piece of land means the world to me. I feel like I am creating a whole new community with The Garden Shed at 4Farmers.”

When asked if there is a person who inspires her this is her response, “I love to teach and learn about life and I feel like my kids allow me to do both, as well as my partner, I would not be here if it wasn’t for his support.”

What products can we expect to see? “We have a wide range in the current small pack sized products as well as 1kg packs of Iron Chelate, our pet friendly snail and slug bait.
